Edinburgh, United Kingdom | 20 October 2026 - Crossbow Cybersecurity brought together industry pioneers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and payment security professionals, for Crossroads, an exclusive roundtable luncheon held in Edinburgh. Led by Mr Deepak Umapathy, CEO of Crossbow Cybersecurity, the gathering focused on optimising PCI for cyber resilience in an AI-enabled future.
Centred on the theme “Optimising PCI for Cyber Resilience in Our AI-Enabled Future,” the roundtable provided a platform for candid discussions on emerging cyber risks, the growing influence of artificial intelligence on payment security, and the practical challenges of securing increasingly complex digital environments.
Held alongside the PCI Europe Community Meeting, during the 20th anniversary of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), Crossroads created a focused setting for industry leaders to exchange insights beyond conventional conference discussions, addressing the technologies, techniques, and real-world security challenges shaping the payments ecosystem.

The session also examined practical approaches to strengthening payment security, highlighting the importance of continuous assurance, proactive risk management, and adapting security strategies to address emerging threats in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
